Add a Form to Your Page:
University members can access the "Form Creator"
within the web page builder. The Form Creator allows you to create
online forms to collect information from your customers. You can
create your own guestbook, contact form or questionnaire. This
is what the first page of the Form Creator looks like.
This feature is found in the section "Modify your Web Pages". It will show up automatically as part of the text editing section. This is a multistep process which you will be guided through. Don't worry, we have taken the difficult steps out. All you will have to do is fill in the blanks for each step. If you do not see the form editor, call 1-800-264-0568 to have it turned on quickly by a customer service representative.
