Edit your merchant account information Mail-in Order Information: In this section if you want to be able to accept mail in information via e-mail or air mail then put a check in the box. Phone and Fax Order Information: If you want to accept phone orders then you need to put that phone number in here as well if you want to accept fax information place that number here also. There is a text box that you can type in the instructions that they need to follow when they call in or order by fax. Credit Card Order Information:How to Set Up Credit Card Billing Information: 1. Indicate whether or not you will be accepting credit cards by clicking the button next to "Accept credit cards." 2. If you accept credit cards, click the square button next to each type of credit card you will accept. 3. If you choose to accept credit cards over the Internet, you need to type the maximum amount that you will accept in the "Maximum purchase amount acceptable by credit card" field. (This is designed to protect you as a merchant.) To process purchases over the Internet, you will need to purchase a merchant account. You can purchase a merchant account from Authorizenet or ECHOnline. 4. From the Merchant Account supplier drop-down menu, select the supplier whom you purchased your merchant account from. 5. In the Merchant Account Login ID field, type your merchant account login ID/name. By entering your login ID, your site will now process transactions online. NOTE: If you have an ECHOnline account, do not enter the ">" as part of your account number. |
