This section allows you to add a form to the end of your shopping cart.

What this does is it makes a section at the end of the shopping cart that you as the owner of the site can add some options to help your customers out.
Say for example you are selling products that have many options like colors and sizes, you can add some forms here that will help your customer tell you what color they want what size, etc.

Add Radio Button Group:
This option allows you to add Radio Buttons to your confirminfo form. A Radio Button is the little circle next to an option. The First option is the Radio Group Label Name: this is the title of the option lists.

Add Text Area:
This option allows you to add a Text Area for any specialization that you off on your products. You need to choose how wide and how tall you want the text box.

Add Check Box :
This option allows you to add check box (s). You type in what you want it to say by the check box.

Add Drop Down Selection Box :
This option allows you to add a drop down box. This option allows you to show them what options that you have available for the customer.

Add Tex Box (single Line):
This option allows you to add a single line text box. This one is good for a comments section or a specialization section.
