JustWebit.com has carefully developed the following content guidelines to promote the free-flowing exchange of ideas about your interests, activities and hobbies, while maintaining standards consistent with the Internet community and the societies of the world.

JustWebit.com does not discriminate based on sex, age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, culture, religion or socio-economic status. Sending "spam" e-mail through the JustWebit.com systems or using any JustWebit.com trademark in connection with sending "spam" e-mail is a serious violation of Netiquette as well as a violation of applicable laws. JustWebit.com will take the appropriate legal action under the circumstances, which may involve referring the matter for criminal prosecution. The offending site will have their membership revoked, services cancelled and their pages, or portions of their pages, suspended or removed without warning, in which event JustWebit.com will not return the removed pages or website to the offending member.

Please refrain from using your Personal Web Site (free or eCommerce), for the following activities:

1. Displaying material containing nudity or pornographic material of any kind;
2. Providing material that is grossly offensive to the online community, including blatant expressions of bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred or excessive profanity;
3. Displaying material that exploits children under 18 years of age;
4. Promoting or providing instructional information about illegal activities, promoting physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promoting any act of cruelty to animals; This includes, but is not limited to, the following activities: Providing instructions on how to assemble bombs, grenades and other weapons; Disseminating personal information about another individual for malevolent purposes; Creating "Crush" sites; Providing computer software viruses or software designed to create a virus;
   Providing satellite TV cracks; Providing programs to "nuke" or create a denial of service attack against another individual or ISP; Facilitating the delivery of "spam" e-mail Soliciting passwords from other members.
5. Committing acts of copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other intellectual property infringement; This includes, but is not limited to, the following activities: Providing pirated computer programs or links to such programs (this also includes files which are solely intended for game emulation); Providing information used to circumvent manufacturer-installed copy-protect devices, including serial or registration numbers for software programs; Providing any type of cracker utility Providing pirated music or links to such files.
6. Defaming any person or group;
7. Developing restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to from another accessible page);
8. Using your Web Site (or directory) as storage for remote loading or as a door or signpost to another Web Site, whether inside or beyond JustWebit.com;
9. Developing Web Sites or session posts that consist of hyperlinks to content not allowed in JustWebit.com;
10. Having multiple JustWebit.com sites that have the same theme; Each JustWebit.com address allows that particular individual to have 10MB of disk space for his or her files, and an individual may get even more.
11. Using JustWebit.com for the purpose of gathering personal identifying information from individuals for commercial or unlawful purposes;
12. Posting or disclosing any personal identifying information belonging to children [Kids: For your safety, please do not put your real name, address, phone number, e-mail address or other personal identifying information on your Personal Web Site or give it to strangers];
13. Violating Internet standards for the purpose of promoting your web site

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any page from the system which is brought to our attention and which we find, in our sole discretion, violates any of these page content guidelines or otherwise is in violation of the law.

JustWebit.com does not actively monitor the content of Personal Web Sites, but we will investigate complaints of violation of these guidelines. Please submit any such complaints using our Contact Form.

Members who are in violation of the JustWebit.com Content Guidelines or Terms of Service may have their membership revoked, services cancelled and their pages, or portions of their pages, suspended or removed without warning, in which event JustWebit.com will not return the removed pages or website to the offending member.

JustWebit.com is not responsible or liable for any loss of data resulting from our deletion of Personal Web Sites, network or system outages, file corruption or any other reasons. We urge all members to maintain backup versions of their Web Sites to guard against losses of any kind.

JustWebit.com Membership Terms of Service

1. JustWebit.com Personal Web Sites and E-mail accounts are available to persons 13 years of age or older, and persons under the age of 13 who have provided JustWebit.com with evidence of their parent's or guardian's express consent to obtain membership. JustWebit.com reserves the right to deny, suspend, or revoke any membership (without prior notice) in the event that JustWebit.com learns that a member or person seeking membership is under the age of 13 and does not have his or her parent's or guardian's permission to be a JustWebit.com member.
2. The opinions and views expressed in the Web Sites do not reflect those of JustWebit.com. The contents of the Web Sites are not reviewed in any way before they appear in JustWebit.com.
3. JustWebit.com is not responsible for the content of any Personal Web Site. Members are solely responsible for everything contained in their own Personal Web Sites. JustWebit.com does not verify, endorse or otherwise vouch for the contents of any Personal Web Site. Members may be held legally liable for the contents of their Personal Web Sites and may be held legally accountable if their Web Sites include, for example, defamatory comments or material protected by copyright, trademark, patent or trade secret law without the express permission of the author or owner.
4. JustWebit.com is not responsible for the delivery of any goods or services sold or advertised through its members' commercial Web Sites.
5. JustWebit.com does not actively monitor the content of Personal Web but will investigate complaints of a violation of the JustWebit.com Content Guidelines and Terms of Service. Please submit any such complaints using our Contact Form.
6. The member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless JustWebit.com for any loss, liability, claim, damage, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or in connection with the contents of the member's home page or use of the member's JustWebit.com e-mail account.
7. To formally cancel a hosted website with JustWebit.com, the member agrees to provide, in writing, to JustWebit.com a letter stating that fact that must include the account number, domain name, and last date of service required by member. Failure to do so will result in continual charges on the credit card or checking account on file with JustWebit.com until written cancellation is received. This document must be signed by the member and mailed or faxed to JustWebit.com at the address and fax number provided on JustWebit.com's main web site page.
8. If Customer is not completely satisfied with the JWIT Services provided under such package, Customer may canel this Agreement by notifying JWIT. In such case, Customer will receive a full refund for the 30 days paid pursuant to this Agreement, except for set-up fees, which are non-refundable. After the initial thiry (30) day period, the JWIT Services shall be deemed accepted for all purposes, provided no written claim has been received by JWIT within such thirty (30) day period.
9. JustWebit.com is not responsible or liable for any loss of data, nor is it required to return any data, resulting from our suspension or deletion of Personal Web network or system outages, file corruption or any other reasons. We urge all members to maintain backup versions of their Web Sites to guard against losses of any kind.

Page Content Requirements

In return for all the great services we offer, there are only two main requirements that we ask of our free site members:

1. A JustWebit.com banner rotation will be placed on the head of your pages advertising companies and organizations that fit within the justwebit.com material guidlines. This form of advertising make your free pages possible. If you would rather avoid banner advertising, then please contact us. There is a charge of $9.95 per month for sites not displaying a JustWebit.com banner.
2. We ask that you tell all of your associates that they too can receive a free web site from JustWebit.com

Intellectual Property Dispute Policy

In the event that JustWebit.com receives a complaint that the content of a Personal Web Site allegedly infringes intellectual property rights or is otherwise unlawful, JustWebit.com may request written substantiation of the complaint from the complaining party, for example, substantiation of proof of ownership in the form of a trademark, service mark, patent or copyright. JustWebit.com will take the steps it believes to be appropriate under the circumstances, including, for example:

1. Suspending the site, or a portion of the site, immediately until the dispute is resolved;
2. Providing the member with contact information for the complaining party;
3. Instructing the member to contact the complaining party to resolve the dispute;
4. Informing the complaining party of our actions and ask that party to work directly with the member; Note: All correspondence between the parties must also be sent to JustWebit.com (address provided);
5. Taking the following action based on the progress of the dispute: If the member has not pursued resolution within 14 days of notification, the site, or portions of the site, will be deleted; If the complaining party has not pursued resolution within 14 days of the member's response, the site, or portions of the site, will be re-activated; If legal action is pending or the dispute is not settled, the site, or portions of the site, may remain suspended until resolution is reached and JustWebit.com is notified by both parties as to the outcome; If a resolution is reached between the parties, the site, or portions of the site, will be reactivated with any mutually agreed upon modifications. If a copyright, trademark, patent, or other infringement is obvious (such as when pirated computer programs or information used to circumvent manufacturer-installed copy-protect devices, including serial or registration numbers for software programs or any type of cracker utility, is being distributed), JustWebit.com also reserves the right, instead of following the above stated procedures, to delete all files and remove the member without any warning.

Other Rights Reserved

JustWebit.com also reserves the following rights:

• To amend or change the JustWebit.com Content Guidelines or Terms of Service at any time and without notice;
• To remove any website setup on JustWebit.com servers that provide inaccurate information about the person signing up. This includes but is not limited to First name, Last name, Telephone Number, and address.
• To release current or past member information if JustWebit.com believes that a member's account is in violation of the JustWebit.com Content Guidelines or Terms of Service, is being used to commit unlawful acts, if the information is subpoenaed and/or if JustWebit.com deems it necessary and/or appropriate;
• To deny membership to serious or repeat offenders of the JustWebit.com Content Guidelines or Terms of Service;
• To remove members for conduct that JustWebit.com believes is harmful to other members, to non-members or to JustWebit.com as a business;
• To remove members who interfere with the design and operation of the JustWebit.com Banner Network, or other JustWebit.com devices, without warning;
• To utilize third parties to provide services to JustWebit.com members. These third parties may require limited access to members' personal identifying information in order to perform the services. Notice will be given to members at the time of collection or reasonable amount of time before sharing begins;
• To use images of member pages for promotional and other commercial purposes.
