Yes! I want to support the Men's Health Network's educational, outreach, and screening activities. Please use my tax-deductible contribution to help raise the public's awareness of men's health needs and to provide educational and health screening services for men and their families.

I understand that my contribution of $25 or more entitles me to a one-year sponsorship in the Men's Health Network. As a sponsor I will receive, at my option, a twice-a-week electronic newsletter, timely Action Alert bulletins, and updates on the latest men's health and family public policy issues.

The Men's Health Network is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization. All contributions to the Men's Health Network are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
