We Ship only in the UNITED STATES. We do not ship Plants to CA or AZ at this time.
A 20% shipping charge will be added to all Regular Orders over $50.00. For small orders the shipping will be higher.
All orders will be shipped via UPS or Fedex Ground unless otherwise indicated. For an additional fee,3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and next Day Air service is available. Tree orders going to the west coast must be shipped 3 Day Select or faster.
PAYMENT
Payments must accompany all orders. We accept CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS, VISA, MASTERCARD & PAYPAL. WE do not accept C.O.D. orders
DELIVERY TIME
We will make every effort to ship your order on the Monday after it is received. In order to avoid them being held in-transit over the weekend.
DAMAGE DUE TO SHIPPING
In the event that your order is damaged during shipment, plese save all packaging material and contact UPS or Fedex and the nursery immediately.

The Green Thumb Bonsai warrants all plants to be true to name, and to be healthy at the time of shipment. If you are not pleased with your purchase
call us within Ten days and we will be happy to help you. Your order is inportant to us and we want you to be satisfied.
